Frequently asked questions
How do I take out just one page from a PDF?
Choose Pick pages and type the page number, for example 4, or tap that page's thumbnail. Then tap Extract pages to download a PDF with only that page.
How do I split a PDF into separate files for each section?
Type the ranges separated by commas, such as 1-5, 6-10, 11- (the last one means page 11 to the end), and turn off 'Put all chosen pages in one PDF'. Each range becomes its own file, and they download together as a ZIP.
Can I save every page as its own PDF?
Yes. Choose Every page to get one PDF per page, each named with its page number, downloaded as a single ZIP.
Can it split a PDF every 2 or 5 pages automatically?
There is no automatic setting for that. Type the ranges yourself, for example 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, with the one-PDF option turned off.
Does the order I type the pages in matter?
Yes. When all chosen pages go into one PDF, they come out in the order you type them, so 5, 1-3 puts page 5 first. Tapping thumbnails instead lists pages in normal order.
Will the split files keep their text quality and bookmarks?
Text and images are copied as they are, so quality is unchanged and text stays selectable. Bookmarks are not carried over to the new files, though the document title is kept.
Can I split a password-protected bank statement?
Yes, if you know the password. Enter it when asked. The files you download will not have a password, so use Protect PDF if they need to stay locked.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is processed inside your browser on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to a server, so it is safe for Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements and other private documents.
Is it free? Do I need to sign up?
It is completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
